Hello! We are Chris Morris and Benji Perosin, real estate sales representatives with RealtySource.

Chris was born and raised in Kingston, growing up mostly in the Strathcona Park/Hillendale area and now living in Lakeland Acres with his wife Trisha, step-daughter Alexa, and daughter Julia. Chris can be seen around town as an active musician on the local folk music scene, and he volunteers on the board of directors for the Joe Chithalen Memorial Musical Instrument Lending Library. He is also a member of SWITCH, Kingston’s Renewable Energy Cluster.
Benji was brought to the Kingston area nearly twenty years ago to attend Queen’s University. Since graduating, he’s developed a career path based in sales and customer service, hospitality and the construction industry. He can also be seen playing in local music venues as an active member of the Kingston music community.
